The hotel was fairly priced which was great for our road trip. The location was fantastic, right by cruise ships, restaurants, and fuel stations. We enjoyed visiting the lake in the evening, it was only 700 ft from the hotel.

No elevator but was told as long as it was only two stories they did not need an elevator. I'm not sure if that is indicated in their brochure but should be so that guests would know ahead of time to book the first floor especially those with heart or respiratory health issues. You could not use a luggage carrier if you were on the second floor. Had I known about the lack of an elevator I would have booked the 1st floor. Only two rooms with mini refrigerators. Sheets were a bit thin and my fitted sheet did not stay put due to lack of elasticity.

Totally recommended for shopping. They serve adequate breakfasts for all tastes with wonderful coffee, yogurt, and pastries. - the hotel offers neat, nicely remodeled rooms with comfortable beds and AC and fridge. - I enjoyed affable personnel that ensures guests have a very enjoyable stay.

We recently stayed at Microtel in Janesville for a family wedding. Heather, the staff member, went above and beyond to help us and did a great job! The hotel was clean overall, and the breakfast area had a good variety of choices. The location was convenient for us as it was close to our relatives' house where we were spending most of our time. The rooms, although small, were fairly clean, and the hotel was quiet. We were also pleased with the friendly staff.

Nice overall experience. Luxurious hotel with SUPERBLY FRIENDLY staff and excellent wi-fi. The most important - particularly good location in the middle of jackson. Exceptionally comfortable bed, neat room.
